How long will my order take?

All of our products are made to order. This includes the painting of the acrylic to your selected colour choice. Our current turnaround time will always be displayed at the top of our website. Good things take time, we don't want to rush any part of the process.

Do we ship overseas?

We currently only ship within New Zealand

Are there any imperfections or special considerations I should be aware of when purchasing my handmade products?

Thank you for choosing our handmade products! Each item is carefully crafted and painted by hand, which adds a unique charm and character to every piece. Because of the handmade nature of our products, please note that there may be slight paint imperfections or areas where the paint is not completely uniform. These subtle variations are part of the charm and individuality of our handmade product.

Additionally, due to the nature of the painting process, if the item is held up to light, you may notice some transparency in the paint. This is a natural result of the materials and techniques we use and adds to the authentic handmade feel of the piece.

Our products are decor items and therefore to ensure they remain in a good condition we recomend they are used as display items only as they can scratch and/or mark.
